    Aduloju is a graduate of Sociology, a Master’s Degree holder in International Business, a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development and a fellow of the Public Policy Group Think Tank, with over 10 years’ experience in human resources, both as an in-house human resource business partner and as a consultant. He is skilled in the areas of human resource management, staff management, business analysis, people management, business design and re-engineering, training, recruitment and talent management. Certified as a licensed practitioner: he has Facilitated programmes form security intelligence gathering (area of specialization: signal and open source intelligence), customer service, sales and marketing, Human resources from a generalist view, project management, digital marketing, leadership, data management and so on. A professional researcher using the Statistics Package for Social Scientist (SPSS) software, the (GMMSO) software for developing business strategies, business expansion, and partnerships, and a foundation member on the development of the (EISP) executive intelligence and strategic programme, and the early career programme for the Civil and Public Sector. A project manager and project director, who has carried out projects from the following sectors, Human resource sector, IT Sector, Public Policy Sector, and Government. He combines his human resource, project management diffusion and management skills in driving home every Project Key Result (PKR) set, by the project owners and project scope. His skill sets are in the areas of: Networking, relationship management, employee management, talent management, team building, training and development, recruitment and testing, succession planning, Staff retention, redundancy, conflict resolution, organization structuring or re-structuring, health insurance, Conflict management, tree branch strategy, sales and marketing, understanding of the Nigerian labour law, effective communication and creative thinking skills.
